  • Condition: In excellent NEAR-MINT condition. CONTENTS IN NEAR-PERFECT CONDITION WITH NO MAJOR TEARS, NO STAINS & NO MAJOR DAMAGE. Only a few pieces have ANY damage; just the pieces that are near the binding folds. Pages have in very good (but VERY fragile) condition. In fact, just my handling of the book for photographing & describing has broken off a few small chips from the corners. ALL pages are age-tanned to a light tan color. A few that have short tears near the binding & only a few have corner or edge chips missing. COVER IS IN EXCEPTION CONDITION with VERY minor wear only to the corners & along the back cover's folding creases. Any flaws will be either written about in the condition sections OR visible in the photos. Therefore, you must examine ALL of the photos carefully as photos often illustrate the item's condition better than any words can.
