CPP's Midnite Series™ line of brake booster kits feature aluminum master cylinders with black powder coated boosters and black master cylinder caps and bails. This Midnite Series™ brake booster kit is a great upgrade on its own or with a disc brake conversion due to the higher line pressures required when running disc setups, and for pre-67 vehicles still running an original single reservoir master cylinder, the dual-reservoir master cylinder is an important safety and performance upgrade.
This kit includes a 8" single diaphragm booster with an aluminum Corvette-style 1" bore master cylinder and comes with a firewall mounting bracket.
This booster kit will fit 55-59 Chevrolet and GMC trucks and comes with a disc front and disc rear aluminum proportioning valve. Additionally, the aluminum master cylinder will not rust or corrode and can be left unpainted, unlike traditional cast iron master cylinders. Whether converting to disc brakes or simply wanting to covert your manual brakes to power, this CPP power brake booster kit is a no brainer!
