1973 General Motors stockholder meeting report 1st Quarter report dividend note

Report of the 65th General Motors stockholder's meeting on May 25, 1973. Also included is a 1973 1st Quarter report and an announcement of the 220th cash dividend on General Motors stock, to be paid September 9, 1973. The items are in mostly good condition; the meeting report has a page that was folded back and the dividend notice is slightly bent and has a small tear; see photo. The items were part of my mother's estate and have a mailing label on the two reports. Shipped with USPS First Class to U.S. only. Will combine items to reduce shipping costs.
