ANTIQUE LEATHER WALLET 8-1/2" L x 3-1/2" W BROWN W/WHITE SEASHELL BUTTON SNAP LINED.
It would appear to be for a woman with the 7/8" Mother of Pearl button that covers the snap opening.     Light texturing on the brown leather case that is fully lined with a rich brown fabric.  The expanded opening reveals a gathered pocket.  On the back side is a 'strap'.   Not sure what purpose it had.
