Dispense Volume: 10–400 uL per well; Wash volume: 100–3000 uL
Residual Volume: 96 well plate =< 5 uL, Residual volume: 384 well plate =< 2 uL
Washing Times: 96 wash head, 300 uL/well; Single cycle: 11 sec. Three cycles: 26 sec.; 384 wash head, 100 uL/well; Single cycle: 12 sec. Three cycles: 28 sec
Precision (96-well) < 4% CV @ 300 uL, Precision (384-well) =< 3% CV @ 100 uL

On freight items that comfortably fit on a 48"x40" skids we do not charge anything extra for skidding and packaging. In cases where item being shipped is large or irregularly shaped, we charge actual cost of materials and labor.
For high value and fragile items we highly recommend getting them crated. If you would like to have your item crated we will forward you an actual quote from a local crate manufacturer. All crates confirm to ISPM-15 and will comply with import guidelines in most countries. All crates made with 1/2" plywood and have foam runners as well as very strong.
