    Description

    This one of a kind coin purse has a patent date of March 25 1890. The scene is outrageous, two cherubs riding a sea serpent with waves at their feet. The leather is worn of course, but not torn and no holes. The lid I assume is silverplate and is in very good condition with no dents. The latch works fine. A lovely piece of Victorian art! The lid measures about 2 1/16" in diameter, the entire leather circumference is about 2 3/8". Good luck!
