Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  Bellows are light-tight.  Movement back and forth is smooth.  Easy to attach to the camera and to the lens.  Fine focusing with the geared action.  Top quality item for macro and micro work.  No cables included.  I used two separate cables which gave me more control.
