This Seiko was issued to celebrate King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand's birthday on the 5th December 2007.
The color is yellow, in respect to Thailands King Rama 9, King Bhumibol who was born on a Monday, and Mondays color is yellow.
Limited to 2999pcs (mine is actually number 702) only to be bought locally in Thailand...
