Vintage Beaded Embroidered Statement Collar, feminist design, floral, dress. Shipped with USPS First Class.
Very unique tie on neck collar. Made really well, features beading and embroidery in a very feminist floral design. In good vintage condition. Ties are a bit frayed at the ends. Wish I knew who made this because they did a fantastic job on a super unique piece!
Vintage is very rarely perfect and this piece is bound to have a few minor imperfections. It is sold as is. Smoke free home RED CIRCLES NOTE SOME MARKS OR IMPERFECTIONS. there are a few such marks on the collar and not all are circled.  I will leave removing them up to the buyer as they're not very noticeable at all while the collar is being worn
