Vintage Change Coin Purse Genuine Calf Leather 1940's

Description

This charming change purse may be from the 1940's or
earlier.
This change purse belonged to our grandmother.
It sat in a drawer that we know of for over 50 years.
It is in lovely vintage condition
with fine aged crackles on the surface of the leather.
The stitching of the purse is totally intact
with no fraying
and the sewing of the stitching is exceptionally done well.
The purse measures 5 1/4 inches wide and 3 5/8 inches high.
The clasp and purse fastener has a roman style
design pattern on a gold tone metal.
The clasp is tight and opens and closes with no problems.
This purse is waiting for the right person to bring it back into circulation.
