Vintage Levi Strauss Bi-Fold Billfold Checkbook Leather & Blue Denim Orange Tab
In excellent vintage condition.  I don't think it was actually ever used because the denim is still very stiff.
Leather has some surface wear, scratches and indentations as shown in photos.
