Military lens 3.6 / 55 - probably used in CCTV cameras.
Features a wide gear diaphragm ring for automatic drive. The scheme is retrofocal - the first lens is negative and extends the focal length from 40mm to 55mm. On open aperture, it is soft enough, but has an interesting pattern. When closed, it already has good sharpness. With a fully closed aperture of 16.0, the frame does not become sharp at the edges, but in sunny weather, when closed, you can shoot from your hand without fear of movement. Color rendition has no distortions, but little saturated. Light diameter of the first lens is 21mm, the diameter of the last lens is 22mm, and the light diameter of the aperture is -18mm.
